Andrew Reed, founder and owner of RCS, has spent his career successfully managing teams delivering individual capital investment projects with values ranging from USD 100K to USD 45M across a wide variety of industries in North America, Europe, Asia, Latin America, India and the Middle East.

He has led organizations for over 20 years creating strategies to develop and implement concepts incorporating partnering and increased amounts of local value to successfully compete in international markets.

Success can be attributed to the ability and flexibility to work closely with and collaborate with the client fully understanding their changing needs and priorities in the spirit of the contractual commitments made, while at the same time being able to foresee and communicate risks in a fair and transparent way along with realistic measures to mitigate their impact.

Andrew has also been involved in both domestic and international M&A activity form the initial screening of candidates through finalizing deals and taking responsibility for the subsequent integration.
